Our Independent social workers, work individually and in partnership with each other to provide services, in response to commissions from those engaged in the legal, health, education and social care settings in the public, and voluntary sectors. Through working together, Kupenda members provide effective services, particularly suited to the multi-agency environment of safeguarding.

We also provide access to specialist expertise; which includes: •Legal •Educational psychology •Nursing •Psychiatric •and paediatric advice. We have a network of ndependent social workers, who have been hand selected, to work with us. We have high levels of expertise, competence and an in depth knowledge of the family court process, as well as a dedication to excellent practice. Our sole focus is on ensuring the best outcome for children, and to this end we work directly with solicitors and families in order to ensure the best outcomes. As a solicitor, you want Independent social workers, who understand the true complexities of family breakdown, and we can provide you with incisive, factual and balanced assessments.
