Quality for our 16 year old to 25 year olds, is assessed and maintained through regular home visits (announced and unannounced) undertaken by area managers and service compliance Officers. We believe in the young people that stay with us, and want them to have a voice. So we are transparent, and we listen. We listen to young people in depth, and act on their wishes, feelings and requirements. As an organisation, we operate with transparency, so we take time to listen and obtain feedback from staff members to undertand how situations are for frontline workers. Our performance surveys, provide valuable feedback from young people, family members and professionals, and we make continual incremental improvements to our service.
